Washington state’s “no insurance needed for a motorcycle” law was nice when I was a broke high school kid trying to commute. Although the two times I got pulled over, I had to pull up the licensing page because cops had no idea that that was a thing

Michigan insurance is already outrageously high, I wonder how high it could go if only a few people had it.
